COME BRING YOUR DOG FOR A VISIT!
To bring your dog(s) for a visit to 4.Seasons play space please ensure you can provide vet documentation showing….
that within the last three years your dog(s) have received their booster rabies vaccine, their essential/core vaccine commonly referred to as DA2PP, DHPP, or DAPP(provides protection against: distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza) and it is preferred if you would also vaccinate your dog against Bordetella Bronchiseptica(kennel cough) and use a Flea & Tick Prevention. Lastly it is mandatory to wait at least 14 days after your dog was vaccinated prior to visiting.
YOUR DOG(S) IS NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT UNTIL YOU CAN PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THE ABOVE.
